1. High-strength Integrated Cast Body: Base, column, and saddle are integrally cast by resin sand; multi-aging treatment eliminates internal casting stress. Widened herringbone column and honeycomb base with multi-reinforcing ribs deliver strong anti-vibration capacity and anti-deformation performance under long, heavy cutting.

2. Dual-contact BBT40 Spindle: Double positioning of taper and flange eliminates centrifugal clearance at high rotation. Stable cutting with long tools & deep cuts; matched independent oil chiller keeps constant temperature to reduce dimensional drift during long-hour operation.

3. The three axes are equipped with PMI heavy-duty roller linear guides matched with C3 pre-stretched ball screws, and P4-grade imported matched bearings. The transmission clearance is minimized, resulting in low wear during all-day mass processing and extended maintenance intervals.

4. Original FANUC CNC System: Standard FANUC 0I-MF-PLUS with built-in AICC cutting optimization package, smooth tool path for complex cavities, and complete self-diagnosis function to lower failure rate.

5. Complete Standard Factory Configuration: VMC-1160 High-Accuracy Vertical Machining Center equipped with auto tool setter, cabinet air conditioner, fully sealed sheet metal guards, stainless cooling pipeline, and auto lubrication system. Optional 4/5-axis unit, through-spindle coolant, and chip conveyor support flexible mass production.
