VMC-855L Heavy Duty Vertical Machining Center is a 3-axis CNC machining center with linear guideways, designed for high-speed finishing and light- to medium-load production. It is suitable for precision milling, drilling, tapping, and contour machining. The machine is designed for materials such as aluminum, copper, plastic, and small steel parts, making it suitable for automation components, auto parts, 3C hardware, and precision mold manufacturing. Its linear guideway structure provides fast movement and responsive operation for applications that require stable cycle times and good surface finish.

The VMC-855L Heavy-Duty Vertical Machining Center adopts roller linear guideways with high rigidity. It is ideal for medium- and heavy-cutting, featuring fast traverse speed, stable frequent tool changes, and consistent machining accuracy.

1. Composite Rigid Body: All main castings adopt HT300 high-strength resin sand material with widened herringbone column & honeycomb base, treated by multi-stage stress relief. Roller guides on X/Y plus heavy-duty Z hard rail balance high-speed movement and heavy stock removal, delivering superior overall rigidity among same-size machines.

2. Dual-contact BBT40 Spindle: Double positioning of taper and flange eliminates centrifugal clearance at high rotation. Stable cutting without vibration under heavy load and long cutter conditions, better surface finish, and longer service life than a standard BT spindle.

3. Original FANUC CNC System: Built-in AICC2 cutting optimization and complete process packages for smooth complex cavity calculation, greatly shortening the machining cycle. Standard auto tool setter and cabinet constant-temperature air conditioner cut manual setup and electrical breakdown rate.

4. Durable Supporting Parts: VMC-855L Heavy Duty Vertical Machining Center equipped with a pure copper isolation transformer, stainless cooling pipeline, dual LED working lights, and interlocked safety door. Optional 4/5 axis, through-spindle coolant, and chip conveyor support flexible mass production of various workpieces.
