They are high-speed 3-axis vertical integrated drilling-milling machines equipped with vertically oriented spindles. Focused on core processes of high-speed drilling and tapping, they also perform milling, chamfering, boring and finish machining of small curved surfaces.
Designed for high-speed mass processing of small workpieces, they serve as the mainstream production equipment for industries including 3C electronics, precision die castings and small hardware parts. The full product line features high spindle speed, rapid tool change and high production tact, divided into three product tiers: standard drilling-tapping machines, extended-travel drilling-tapping machines and high-rigidity heavy-duty drilling-tapping machines. The overall precision and safety specifications of complete machines fully comply with relevant national standards for machine tools.

Fixed-beam gantry machining centers are the core Class 1 product category of our large CNC equipment. They are gantry-frame composite CNC milling and boring machines with a fixed non-liftable crossbeam, and the worktable realizes longitudinal feed motion.
With advantages of long travel, heavy load capacity and high structural rigidity, these machines can complete combined machining procedures such as milling, drilling, boring, tapping, curved surface finishing and deep cavity roughing for large plates, box parts and molds. They are widely used for machining large workpieces including heavy-duty molds, construction machinery components, large new energy structural parts and automation equipment frames. The product range is divided into three tiers: economical fixed-beam gantry machines, precision linear guideway fixed-beam gantry machines, and heavy-cutting box-way fixed-beam gantry machines. Complete machine design, precision inspection and safety specifications are implemented in strict accordance with national industry standards for machine tools.

CNC engraving and milling machines are the core Class 1 product category dedicated to precision mold machining of our brand. They adopt an integrated small gantry cross-slide structure equipped with high-speed motor spindles, supporting composite machining processes including high-speed engraving, fine milling, shallow cavity roughing, drilling and tapping.
Optimized for high-gloss finish machining of small & medium precision molds, relief carvings, electrodes and miniature precision special-shaped parts, they differ from vertical machining centers built for heavy cutting and drilling tapping centers specialized only in drilling and tapping operations. This series targets processing scenarios demanding ultra-high spindle speed, superior contour accuracy and smooth delicate surface textures.
The machines are ideal for low-volume high-precision production in mold workshops, precision hardware factories, cultural creative engraving factories and 3C electrode manufacturing.
