2. High-speed Dual-contact BBT40 Spindle: Double locking positioning of taper and flange eliminates taper expansion clearance at high rotation speed. Matched with an independent constant-temperature oil chiller for stable operation during long continuous milling, drilling, and tapping. No vibration with long cutters for uniform forming effect.
3. Original FANUC CNC System: VMC-1270 High Spindle Speed Vertical Machining Center built-in AICC cutting optimization package ensures smooth tool path calculation for complex cavities. Complete self-diagnosis program lowers machine downtime failure rate and shortens single-piece processing cycle.
4. Complete Standard High Configuration: Standard auto tool setter, cabinet constant-temperature air conditioner, stainless cooling pipeline, fully sealed sheet metal guards, and dual LED working lights. Optional 4/5-axis index head, through-spindle coolant, and chip conveyor support flexible mass production of various workpieces.
