•  Extra-Large Machining Envelope: The GMC-6032 Extra-Large Workpiece Gantry Machining Center uses integral resin sand castings for the base, beam, and columns with multiple aging treatments. The wide closed gantry structure helps resist vibration and deformation during long-travel heavy stock removal. 
•  High-Torque BT50 Gear-Driven Spindle: The two-speed BT50 gear spindle provides 22/26 kW power and 140/165 N•m torque, supporting heavy machining of thick steel and large profiles. An independent constant-temperature oil chiller helps maintain stable spindle performance during continuous milling, drilling, and tapping. 
•  Multi-Rail Heavy-Duty Transmission: Multiple sets of size 55 roller linear guides and large pre-stretched ball screws provide full-load support and stable axis movement for long-travel machining and consistent batch dimensions. 
•  Multi-Brand CNC System: FANUC 0i-MF is standard, with Mitsubishi M80, Siemens 828D, and Syntec 22MA available as options. Heavy-cutting cycles, long-program processing, and self-diagnosis functions support continuous production. 
•  Complete Production Equipment: Standard equipment includes spindle oil cooling, Z-axis hydraulic balance, dual spiral and chain chip conveyors, and full enclosure. Optional configurations include linear scales, 4th axis, angle milling head, and through-spindle coolant.
