 Extra-Wide Heavy-Duty Cast Frame: The GMC-6036 Oversized Part Processing Double Column Gantry Machining Center uses integral resin sand castings for the base, beam, and columns with multiple aging and stress-relief treatments. The widened closed gantry structure helps resist vibration and deformation during long-term heavy cutting. 
•  High-Torque BT50 Gear-Driven Spindle: The two-speed BT50 spindle supports heavy stock removal of thick steel and large castings. An independent oil chiller helps maintain stable spindle temperature during continuous milling, drilling, and tapping. 
•  Multi-Rail Heavy-Duty Transmission: Large pre-stretched ball screws and multiple size 55 roller linear guides provide smooth full-load movement, high load capacity, and stable dimensional performance during long-travel machining. 
•  Multi-Brand CNC Platform: Siemens 828D, Mitsubishi M80, FANUC 0i-MF, and Syntec 22MA CNC systems are available, supporting heavy-cutting cycles, long-program processing, and self-diagnosis functions. 
 Complete Mass-Production Equipment: Standard equipment includes spindle cooling, Z-axis hydraulic balance, dual spiral and chain chip conveyors, and full enclosure. Optional configurations include linear scales, 4th axis, angle head, and through-spindle coolant.
