GMC-3018 Heavy Load Capacity Gantry Machining Center is a heavy-duty CNC machine designed for machining large and heavy workpieces. It features a fixed gantry and moving table structure with high-strength castings, heavy-duty roller linear guides, and a BT50 belt-driven spindle for stable machining. The machine supports milling, boring, drilling, reaming, and tapping, making it suitable for large automotive molds, thick metal plates, packaging equipment and ship structural components.

Core Functions

High-Rigidity Gantry Structure: The GMC-3018 Heavy Load Capacity Gantry Machining Center uses an integral high-strength resin sand casting with complete stress relief. The wide-span stepped crossbeam provides strong bending resistance for stable heavy-duty cutting with a maximum table load of 6,000 kg. 
BT50 High-Torque Spindle: The BT50 heavy-duty spindle uses an independent constant-temperature oil-air lubrication and cooling system to help control temperature during continuous drilling, milling, and tapping, supporting heavy stock removal. 
Heavy-Duty Large-Travel Transmission: Widened heavy-duty roller linear guides and double-nut preloaded ball screws provide high load capacity and stable movement across the 3,000 mm X-axis travel, helping maintain dimensional consistency during long-travel machining. 
Multi-Option CNC Platform: FANUC, Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Syntec CNC systems are available, supporting heavy-cutting process functions, long-travel machining programs, and self-diagnosis. 
Complete Protection & Chip Management: Fully enclosed guards, double-sided high-flow spiral chip conveyors, automatic lubrication, and spindle cooling support continuous machining. Optional 4th-axis and through-spindle coolant configurations are available.
