GMC-2518 Large Travel Gantry Machining Center is a heavy-duty CNC machine designed for machining large and heavy workpieces. It uses a fixed gantry with a moving table, a high-rigidity cast structure, and a BT50 belt-driven spindle. With 2500 mm X-axis travel, 1800 mm Y-axis travel, and 800 mm Z-axis travel, it supports milling, boring, drilling, reaming, and tapping. The machine is suitable for large automotive molds, thick metal plates, packaging equipment, and ship structural components.

•  High-Rigidity Gantry Structure: The GMC-2518 Large Travel Gantry Machining Center uses an integral high-strength resin sand casting with complete stress relief. The wide-span stepped crossbeam and 5,000 kg table load capacity support stable heavy-duty machining with good resistance to deformation. 
•  Heavy-Duty 3-Axis Transmission: Size 45 roller linear guides with 10 blocks on the X-axis, large pre-stretched ball screws, and NACHI precision bearings provide stable axis movement and support consistent positioning and repeatability. 
•  High-Torque Spindle: The 18.5 kW spindle motor delivers 140/165 N•m torque with a speed range of 10–6,000 rpm. An independent constant-temperature chiller helps maintain stable spindle performance during continuous machining of steel and castings. 
•  Multi-Option CNC Platform: FANUC, Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Syntec CNC systems are available, with heavy-cutting machining functions, long-travel program processing, and self-diagnosis for reliable operation. 
 Complete Protection & Chip Management: Fully enclosed guards, double-sided high-flow spiral chip conveyors, automatic lubrication, and spindle cooling are provided as standard. Optional 4th-axis and through-spindle coolant configurations are available.
