High-Rigidity Integrated Cast Frame: The EMC-870 Ultra-Fine Machining Capability Engraving and Milling Machine uses an integral resin sand casting with multiple aging and stress-relief treatments. The thick-rib structure helps reduce vibration during high-speed fine machining and maintain dimensional stability in batch production. 
High-Speed Ceramic Bearing Spindle: The BT30 electric spindle reaches up to 24,000 rpm and uses an independent constant-temperature oil chiller to control heat during small-tool engraving and milling, supporting stable surface quality. 
Precision Closed-Loop Transmission: C3 preloaded double-nut ball screws and H30 heavy-duty roller guides provide precise axis movement with reduced backlash. Responsive acceleration and deceleration support smooth micro-cutting and help reduce subsequent polishing work. 
Dedicated Engraving and Milling CNC: The Syntec 22MA CNC system supports curved-surface, relief, and drilling cycles, with NURBS spline interpolation, block look-ahead, corner smoothing, and self-diagnosis functions. 
Complete Standard Equipment: Automatic quantitative central lubrication, a fully enclosed dust-proof enclosure, spindle cooling, and a high-precision tool setter are included as standard. Optional 12-station ATC and 4th-axis index head configurations are available.
