• Integrated Resin Sand Cast Frame: The EMC-650 Ultra-Precision Engraving and Milling Machine uses an integral resin sand cast frame with reinforced ribs and multiple aging and stress-relief treatments. The rigid structure helps reduce vibration during high-speed engraving and milling and maintain dimensional stability in batch production. 
• High-Speed Ceramic Bearing Spindle: The BT30 electric spindle reaches up to 24,000 rpm and uses an independent constant-temperature oil chiller to maintain stable temperature during continuous cutting, supporting fine relief and contour machining with small cutters. 
• Precision Transmission: C3 preloaded double-nut ball screws and H30 heavy-duty roller guides provide precise axis movement with reduced backlash. Direct servo connection enables fast acceleration and smooth micro-cutting for consistent surface quality. 
• Dedicated Engraving-Milling CNC System: The Syntec 22MA CNC system supports curved-surface, drilling, and tapping cycles, along with NURBS spline interpolation, block look-ahead, and self-diagnosis functions. 
• Complete Standard Equipment: Automatic quantitative central lubrication, a fully enclosed dust-proof enclosure, and a high-precision tool setter are included as standard. Optional 12-station ATC and 4th-axis index unit configurations are available.
