GMC-4025 Generous Working Stroke Gantry Machining Center is a heavy-duty CNC machine designed for machining ultra-large and heavy workpieces. It features a fixed gantry and moving table structure with a high-strength cast frame and heavy-duty roller guides for stable machining. The machine supports milling, boring, drilling, reaming, and tapping, making it suitable for large automotive molds, heavy equipment frames, thick metal plates and ship structural components.

This Generous Working Stroke Gantry Machining Center is specially designed for mass milling, drilling, and tapping of ultra-long, extra-wide oversized plates, cast aluminum components, and widened extended cast iron racks, suitable for mass production of various wide ultra-long heavy structural parts. •  High-Rigidity Gantry Structure: The GMC-4025 Generous Working Stroke Gantry Machining Center uses an integral high-strength resin sand cast structure with multiple aging and stress-relief treatments. The extra-wide enclosed gantry helps resist deformation and vibration during long-travel heavy cutting. 
BT50 High-Torque Spindle: The BT50 heavy-duty spindle uses an independent constant-temperature oil-air lubrication and cooling system to control temperature during continuous drilling, milling, and tapping, supporting heavy stock removal. 
 Extra-Long Travel Transmission: Extra-wide heavy-duty roller linear guides and double-nut preloaded ball screws provide high load capacity and stable axis movement, helping reduce thermal deformation during ultra-long travel machining. 
•  Multi-Option CNC Platform: FANUC, Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Syntec CNC systems are available, with dedicated heavy-cutting process functions, ultra-long travel program processing, and self-diagnosis. 
•  Complete Protection & Chip Management: Fully enclosed guards, double-sided high-flow spiral chip conveyors, automatic lubrication, and spindle cooling support continuous machining. Optional 4th-axis and through-spindle coolant configurations are available.
