DMC-S600 High-speed Cutting, Drilling and Tapping Machine is a compact CNC machine designed for high-speed drilling, tapping, and milling of small precision workpieces. It combines a rigid cast iron frame, high-speed three-axis movement, and a BT30 direct-drive spindle for fast machining response. The machine is suitable for small precision molds, automotive miniature parts, and medical components.

Core Functions

•  High-Rigidity Cast Body: The DMC-S600 High-speed Cutting Drilling and Tapping Machine features an integral HT300 resin sand casting with multi-stage aging and stress relief. The FEA-optimized frame helps reduce vibration and deformation during continuous high-speed cutting. 
•  High-Speed BBT30 Spindle: The dual-contact BBT30 direct-drive spindle uses independent temperature-controlled cooling to reduce temperature rise and support stable performance during continuous cutting at speeds up to 24,000 rpm. 
•  Imported Transmission Components: THK C3 ball screws, P linear guides, and Miki diaphragm couplings provide low transmission clearance and rapid acceleration, supporting rapid traverse rates of up to 50 m/min on X/Y axes and 56 m/min on the Z axis. 
•  Multi-Option CNC Platform: FANUC, Mitsubishi, and Syntec CNC systems are available, with drilling and tapping cycles, program calculation, and self-diagnosis functions supporting consistent machining performance. 
•  Complete Standard Equipment: Standard equipment includes an automatic timing lubricator, full machine guards, and a spindle oil chiller. Optional configurations include an elevated column, 4th-axis unit, and oil mist collector.
